Ayam masak pedas juga merupakan specialty ma di kampung. Ini disebabkan kombinasi perap ayam bersama garam kunyit dengan tumis bawang merah dan lada. Ini adalah antara menu wajib kami sekeluarga sejak aku kecil.
Bahan-bahan~Ingredients
Ayam diperap dgn garam kunyit dan digoreng ~chicken was marinated with blended (turmeric, garlic, ginger and salt); left for 1 hour or 1/2 hour ~fry the chicken until its color turns golden brown (6-7 minutes) and put aside
Bahan seterusnya~next ingredients
Bawang merah 1 biji ~ 1 onion
lada kering 4 btg ~ 4 pcs dried chillies
semua blender ~ blend onion and chillies
bawang merah di potong sbg hiasan ~ 1 onion, sliced
gula 1 sudu besar ~ 1 tablespoon sugar
asam jawa ~ 1 tablespoon seedless tamarind+ 1/2 cup of water
Cara memasak~Cooking instructions
- tumis bahan blender ~on the pan, pour the blended onion and chili, let the water dry, pour some oil until the blended ingredient is covered with oil. cook until the color turns brownish.
- tumis hingga naik bau
- masukkan gula ~ add sugar
- masukkan air asam jawa ~ add tamarind paste+water
- masukkan ayam goreng~ add fried chicken
- masukkan bwg hiris ~ add sliced onion
- add chopped koriander before serving
